I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice, with a pointed rooftop, and a lovely balcony, although a bit oldish and dull. The service was very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent, just a short walk from Interlaken West train station. The dining experience was basic but more than adequate. Overall, a good value for the money.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city center with excellent bus connectivity, offering clean rooms that comfortably accommodate four people. The hotel is perfectly located right in the center of town with excellent bus connectivity and just half a kilometer from the train station. The rooms are very clean and tidy, featuring music and spacious accommodations with three beds, a large tub, and great air conditioning at no extra cost. The helpful hotel staff made dealing with a mix-up easier, and the location was convenient for connecting with family in Toscana. Overall, I would rate this hotel as excellent.
